In a typical high street estate agent, you’ll be lucky if you get one person with more than ten years’ experience. At Peter Graff, we’ve been here in Winchmore Hill for nearly two decades, with one person with more than 20 years’ experience and another with more than 30 years.
Here’s the difference that makes. It means we really know the area, every street, in some streets, every property. So we really know accurate values. And it means we know people, sometimes even better than they know themselves. We could think how the big estate agency chains think: don’t bother with those properties that don’t sell easily – onto the next one that will. We don’t see it that way. Because an unsold property has a real owner, and they need it to be sold. And that’s who we care about – so we need it to be sold too.
